Ideal for families of all sizesOur Accessible Two Bedroom Cottages (King, Double Twin) feature a master bedroom with king bed, large sitting area with queen sofa bed, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, a second bedroom with two twin beds and large covered deck. These spacious standalone cabins, with beautiful forest and meadow views, offer ample room to spread out and allow parents to put their kids to bed, hang out in the living room or private deck and sleep in their own bedroom.

Amenities include entry foyer, spacious bathroom with separate vanity and shower areas, roll-in shower, heated bathroom floors, air conditioning, in-room Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker for in-room entertainment, phone, historic artwork, Keurig coffee brewer, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, feather pillows, eco-friendly bath products, hairdryer, iron, electronic safe, ceiling fans, vaulted ceiling and more. Cottages do not have kitchens.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

  • Check-out is 11am and check-in is 4pm

  • Rates vary by season, with lower rates offered during winter months and higher rates during peak season

  • Two-night minimum stays are often required during peak season and off-season weekends. Two to three-night minimum stays may be required during holiday periods

  • All rooms are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining their cottage or villa in good order and will be charged for damaged or missing furnishings, fixtures and supplies

  • Indoor furniture must remain inside the guest room and not brought onto the deck or other outdoor areas

  • Dogs are allowed on property ONLY for those who have reserved a cottage or villa with our Doggie Daily rate, and subject to all requirements of our Pet Policy

  • Cooking is not permitted on property

  • Rates are subject to county occupancy tax and state tourism tax

  • We cannot guarantee requests for specific rooms, though we’ll do our best to accommodate

  • Advance deposit is required at time of reservation


Cancellation Policy

  • A one-night Deposit (including tax) for each room, is required to guarantee the room

  • If canceled outside of 7 days before check-in date, Deposit will be refunded less a $25 fee

  • If canceled less than 7 days before check-in date, Deposit will be forfeited

  • Any modifications to an existing reservation are subject to a $25 Change Fee

  • A one-night Early Departure Fee will be charged for early check-outs
